Following my initial medical record file review and analysis, I evaluate any additional information provided so that my opinion regarding whether the healthcare provider(s) met the standard of care is comprehensive and based upon all available information. I deliver an objective expert opinion regarding the appropriateness of the medical care rendered to the patient in verbal or written format, as requested. I also review the opposing party’s expert witness’ report and/or deposition transcript and timely provide my analysis and opinions in response. At all times, my goal is to provide substantive, meaningful, and prompt expert witness services throughout the litigation process, including verbal and written reports, rebuttal reports, and deposition and trial testimony.
